Estimates are given on an individual basis depending upon house size.

For regular weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients, estimates are given per job with a minimum $65 charge.

There will be a minimum charge of $225 for the first full clean.   Some exceptions may apply.

We would be pleased to provide you with an estimate for cleaning your home.  Simply provide us with answers to the following questions:

· Square footage and location of your home

· Number of bedrooms & bathrooms

· Type of flooring

· Any pets and/or children?

· Frequency requested (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

 A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied to your account for cancellations that occur less than 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment.
